Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ranking the top-five QB options in free agency

3. Philip Rivers

Philip Rivers is certainly aging, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t be considered by the Buccaneers.

Out of the quarterbacks that we’ve already mentioned, Rivers has shown the strongest arm.

He had a down year in 2019, but when you look at the overall body of work, you can see why Arians would at least have interest.

Rivers is a veteran who knows how to win. He’d be a nice transition QB for the Buccaneers should the organization decide to move on from Winston and would likely excel in Arians’ system, though Tampa would certainly have to add some offensive line talent to help him.
