Round 4: Van Jefferson, FloridaVan Jefferson would be a great pickup for the Bucs in the fourth round-a round where Tampa Bay has two picks. Jefferson spent time at Ole Miss and Florida, but never really broke out into the national spotlight despite decent production.

The biggest reason why Van Jefferson is sitting in the fourth round is that he was unable to perform at the combine due to injury. Jefferson has the talent to be a great third receiver for the Bucs and could be a steal in the fourth round if the healing process goes well.

Round 5: Quintez Cephus, Wisconsin

Quintez Cephus isn’t going to leave many cornerbacks in the dust, but he is one of the best receivers that could be available in the fifth round.

Cephus was the go-to receiver for the Badgers in 2019 and had a good season against Big 10 opponents. The biggest issue with this pick is that it doesn’t revolutionize the Buccaneer offense, but he would still be a sure target for Tom Brady to utilize however he sees fit.

Round 6: Isaiah Coulter, Rhode Island

The final pick that the Buccaneers have in the 2020 NFL Draft is in the sixth round. Isaiah Coulter may be a long shot, but the later rounds are often filled with long shots and this is nothing new.

Coulter isn’t a big name coming out of Rhode Island, but he did well against his competition in 2019 and had a good combine performance. He showed good size and speed and could provide depth for the Buccaneers, especially under Bruce Arians and Tom Brady.
