The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be looking to add some talent to its roster through the 2020 NFL Draft. Here’s our latest seven-round mock for the Bucs.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in great position to become a legitimate playoff contender with the moves made in free-agency.

The next step? The NFL Draft.

As we approach the draft, here’s a look at my second seven-round mock draft for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Scouting Report. OT. 14. player. Pick Analysis. Alabama. Jedrick Wills Jr.. 48

Starting out our draft, we get a bit of a steal. Draft analysts continue to change the order in which offensive tackles are selected. Wills Jr. at one point was considered the No. 1 offensive tackle in the draft and he’s likely to go inside the top-10.

Wills Jr. and Mekhi Becton would be my first two choices at offensive tackle, but any of the top four would certainly be suitable for the first round.

Scouting Report. Clyde Edwards-Helaire. 45. player. 48. Pick Analysis. RB. LSU

The second-round pick here is Clyde Edwards-Helaire. There’s a great discussion if the Buccaneers should select a running back this early, but I think it’s a solid pick considering how Edwards-Helaire would fit in with Ronald Jones II and how he would add another big-time option for Tom Brady in that offense.

California. Ashtyn Davis. 76. Pick Analysis. 48. Scouting Report. S. player

Ashtyn Davis is the best safety in the draft that isn’t named Grant Delpit or Xavier McKinney, at least in my opinion. Getting him in the third-round would be an absolute steal and would give the Bucs depth and more talent at the position.

WR. Pick Analysis. Texas A&M. Quartney Davis. 117. player. 48. Scouting Report

Quartney Davis isn’t necessarily the ‘body-type’ wide receiver that the Bucs want to replace Breshad Perriman, but he would still be a great addition and a guy who could play along the boundary or in the slot. Davis is extremely fast, plays big for his size (6-foot-2) and would be a quality pick-up in the fourth round as Tampa Bay looks to add another receiver.

48. Scouting Report. player. Syracuse. Alton Robinson. 139. Pick Analysis. EDGE

Alton Robinson might be the most underrated pass-rusher in the draft. Robinson is a solid fourth-round pick who would be able to add depth and gain experience. If you’re looking for an edge-rusher with NFL talent in the mid-rounds of the draft, Robinson fits the bill perfectly.

LB. Utah State. David Woodward. player. 48. Pick Analysis. 161. Scouting Report

David Woodward isn’t likely to become the next ‘Brian Urlacher‘ but he has plenty of talent and could be a solid special teams player and second-string linebacker. Who knows? With a little coaching and development, he might could even become more than that.

IDL. Raequan Williams. 194. player. 48. Michigan State. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

The only thing I wish I had done is probably take an interior defensive lineman earlier in the draft, but there wasn’t really one available that was worth the pick until we got to the sixth-round.

Raequan Williams isn’t going to be a high-round draft pick, but he has all the measurables and skill sets to become a starter along the defensive line at some point in his career.
