Jason Pierre-Paul

The Buccaneers locked up Jason Pierre-Paul on a two-year, $25 million deal. The deal features $20 million guaranteed and gives Tampa Bay a major opportunity to see Pierre-Paul develop into the elite pass-rusher that every knows he has the ability of becoming.

Pierre-Paul has already taken steps forward and has the potential to become a consistent All-Pro and Pro-Bowler type player over the next few seasons.

Though the deal ($12.5 million per year) seems a little steep at first glance, the truth is in his upside and ability.
