The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have become a nationally relevant team in the span of a few months. Here is their projected starting lineup for 2020.

Every NFL roster is comprised of 53 players, but the most important of this group are the 11 starters on both sides of the ball.

Sure, having depth is a great thing, and often the lineup at the end of the game looks different than the one that started the game, but the players who have the most significant opportunity to help or hurt the team are the starters.

The starters play the most reps and receive the most opportunities, and their impact on the game is often the most tangible. In a season where the Buccaneers have incredibly high expectations, these starters will be relied on heavily.

Bruce Arians and Jason Licht do not have a long leash. The fanbase and the owners have expectations that will come crashing down if the team doesn’t make the playoffs at least. To some people, anything less than an NFC championship appearance will make this season a bust. When taking into account the talent on the roster, perhaps that is true.

To put the team in the best position to play up to its fullest potential, the Bucs will ride their starters hard and will leave them in for as long as possible.

Comprised of some new faces and some old, here are the projected starters for Tampa Bay in 2020.
