Khalil Mack

Khalil Mack is one of the best outside linebackers in the NFL. His ability as a pass rusher is one of the best in the NFL, and he is also able to drop off of the line and still wreak havoc against any offense in the league.

Mack’s presence on the line demands a double team at the least, and the Buccaneers are going to struggle to contain the three-time All-Pro during their matchup.

One of the things that makes Mack that much scarier is that he will be facing off against a rookie. Tristan Wirfs will have some time to acclimate to the NFL before this game, but there is little that anyone can do to prepare for Khalil Mack properly.

As the favorite to start at right tackle for the Bucs when the season starts, Wirfs is in line to get the majority of the reps from Mack. This will be unlike anything that Wirfs has experienced in his career, and Tampa Bay will have to do everything in their power to keep Mack from completely dominating the matchup.

For a team that has struggled with its tackles for several years now, a player like Khalil Mack has to horrify the Tampa Bay Buccaneers no matter how high the ceiling is for the offensive line.
