Tom Brady is dominating NFL jersey sales

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers put themselves on the map when they signed future Hall of Fame QB Tom Brady to a two-year deal earlier this spring.

Brady, who had spent his past 20 season with the New England Patriots winning a total of six Super Bowls, elected to make the decision to leave the franchise to pursue opportunities and chances to compete elsewhere and Tampa Bay was the perfect destination.

In addition to signing Tom Brady, the Buccaneers also released new uniforms and that has led to an influx of purchases.

According to NFL on ESPN, Tom Brady is dominating jersey sales.

Tom Brady remains the face of the league

Even if you’re not an NFL fan, you know who Tom Brady is. That’s what made it so special when he elected to come to Tampa Bay.

That being said, you can see the absolute dominance when it comes to jersey sales for Brady.

Tua Tagovailoa is the most popular new jersey as he owns the top two spots, but then Brady owns the next four. Brady also comes in at No. 10 again. His teammate Rob Gronkowski owns two of the spots on the top-10 list, as well, with his Buccaneers pewter alternate ranking No. 7 and his Buccaneers red ranking No. 9.

What’s absolutely astounding here is the fact that every single one of Brady’s jerseys besides basic white (red, red vapor white vapor, pewter vapor and pewter alternate) makes the top-10 list.

What does it mean for Buccaneers nation? Well that’s fairly simple.

There’s a buzz around this Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise that simply hasn’t been there over the course of the last couple of decades. The Buccaneers will compete in several prime-time games and they are going to be featured heavily when it comes to national storylines.

This franchise will be on display like it has never been before and it all starts with Tom Brady.
