5 Buccaneers who could make their first appearance in the Pro Bowl this season

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter the 2020 season as one of the favorites to compete for a spot in the NFL playoffs.

The Buccaneers have missed 12-straight postseasons, but they’ll have an opportunity to right the ship this time around with new QB Tom Brady at the helm and a whole host of talent behind him.

Because of the arrival of Brady, the Buccaneers are going to get more media attention and spotlight than what we’ve seen in the past. As a result, there are several Tampa Bay players who could take the next step forward and make their first Pro Bowl appearance this season.

5. Ronald Jones II

Ronald Jones II is going to be highlighted in the Bucs’ offense like never before and that could lead to a big-time break out season for him.

Jones II is expected to be the unquestioned starter in his third year in Tampa Bay and he’ll be playing in a backfield with Tom Brady, who seems to make everyone around him better.

If Jones II can break off a few big plays, put up some stats and catch a few breaks, we could see him earn a Pro Bowl berth. It won’t be easy with some of the other talented running backs in the NFC, but it’s not impossible nonetheless.
