Buccaneers: Stealing one player from each NFC South opponent
By Rob Leeds
Alvin Kamara-New Orleans Saints
After passing on Christian McCaffrey, the Buccaneers are still able to steal one of the best running backs in the league by taking Alvin Kamara from the Saints.
If McCaffrey is the best dual-threat running back in the NFL, Kamara is a close number two. Kamara is a gifted runner with the size and the speed to line up as a legitimate receiver threat anywhere on the field.
Kamara would be an instant fit with the Buccaneers as an improvement in the run game as well as another receiving target for Tom Brady. If Brady was able to win Super Bowls with running back James White as one of his favorite targets, imagine what he can do with a player as talented as Kamara.
During his three years in the NFL, Kamara has been one of the most efficient backs in the game. He doesn’t need 25 touches every single game to post jaw-dropping stats, and this efficiency would pair well with the Buccaneer offense that will inevitably spread the ball out.
The Saints have an impressive wealth of talent throughout their roster. Still, in the end, Kamara is too good to pass up and would immediately improve the already-deadly Buccaneer offense.
