Kyle Trask, Florida, Quarterback

Moving on to Georgia’s biggest SEC Rival, the University of Florida also has a quarterback that could eventually become a Buccaneer. Kyle Trask hasn’t received as much hype as some of the other quarterbacks, but he is quietly blazing through an impressive college career with Dan Mullen in Gainesville.

Trask took over the starting job in Florida last season, and in his first year as a starter, the Gators dominated for much of the season.

While most players would crack in a situation like this, Trask stepped up to the challenge and had the Gators in contention for the SEC championship for much of the season. With losses against only LSU and Georgia, the Gators with Trask were one of the best teams in college football last season.

Trask will likely fall on one of the later rounds on day two or day three. There is a chance that an impressive second season as a starter could cause his stock to rise, but one of the biggest reasons why this pick works is because the Bucs won’t have to give up a high pick to make it happen.

Tampa Bay would find their replacement for Tom Brady and Bruce Arians could still use his luxury picks on the present.

As a Florida Gator, Kyle Trask is likely going to be very easy for any Floridian to see on a weekly basis, especially if Florida has a season in 2020 like it did in 2019.
