Five most under-hyped Tampa Bay Buccaneers heading into the 2020 season
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter the 2020 season as one of the hottest teams in the league after the signing of QB Tom Brady and the trade for TE Rob Gronkowksi.
Though there is plenty of talk about the Buccaneers when it comes to the addition of Brady and the talented skill-position players that he’ll have in his arsenal, there are plenty of other Tampa Bay players who will make a major impact.
Here’s a look at five of the most under-hyped Buccaneers heading into the 2020 season.
5. Lavonte David
Lavonte David has been one of the most under-hyped and underrated players in the league for quite a while now, and Buccaneers fans are the only ones who know it.
David has performed at a high level and has been a leader in Tampa Bay for quite some time. With him at the helm as an inside-linebacker, the Bucs have rested easy knowing that the position was taken care of.
David enters this season, again, with not many talking about him.
Though he’s consistently proven to be one of the better linebackers in the league, he is constantly being overlooked and forgotten when it comes time for preseason lists and much more.
