Five Tampa Bay Buccaneers everyone seems to be forgetting about
4. Scotty Miller
Scotty Miller played in 10 games last season, caught 13 passes for 200 yards and scored one touchdown.
Though Miller didn’t put up eye-popping statistics or show some absolutely astonishing skill set during his rookie year, it does still seem that many Bucs fans are forgetting that he’s on the roster and have already skipped ahead to filling the ‘WR3’ role with rookie Tyler Johnson.
What people don’t realize, though, is that the two are very different wide receivers.
Miller is going to be targeted a lot more this year than he was in the past as Brady uses his check-down option and ‘safety blanket.’ If Miller develops any type of chemistry with Brady during this preseason, we could see him explode onto the scene before it’s all said and done.
