2. Jordan Whitehead

Jordan Whitehead is the lone guy who most would argue is a guaranteed starter at the safety position coming into this season.

Whitehead made some major strides during his second season with the Buccaneers, leading to a 69 tackles and an interception in 14 games.

While Whitehead still has room to improve, his development from last season shouldn’t be forgotten and there’s really reason to believe that he will take the next step this year and become a really solid defensive back for Tampa Bay.
