Here’s why Tom Brady will be a top-5 QB in the league in 2020

2. He’s got more talent than ever around him

Remember those play-makers that we talked about? Yeah, Brady didn’t have many of those in his last few seasons with the New England Patriots.

You can look back at Tom Brady’s career and see time-and-time again where the Patriots never did anything to help him. The Patriots never drafted quality receivers and consistently were among the worst in the league at the skill positions.

That was never more prevalent than last season.

The Patriots had the worst group of skill-position players in the league and Brady still found ways to make plays. Did his stats take a major hit? Sure, but who’s wouldn’t?

Brady now has players like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin in his arsenal and that’s going to make all the difference.
