In a league that is ever-changing and becoming much more offensive-focused, I’ve always been in favor of hiring offensive-minded coaches.

Eric Bieniemy would be the epitome of that.

Bieniemy, the current Offensive Coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs, has orchestrated that Chiefs offense into one of the most explosive in the league. He has continuously shown a great aptitude and understanding for the game and, honestly, it’s only a matter of time before he gets a shot as a Head Coach.
