1. Lincoln Riley

Unless you keep up with the college game, you probably don’t know much about Lincoln Riley. But anyone who does keep up with College Football certainly understands it’s only a matter of time before Lincoln Riley becomes an NFL Head Coach.

Riley has had his sights on achieving that goal as he has been the faster-mover up-the-ranks in the Power-5. He has taken the Oklahoma football program to the CFB Playoff and is continuing to out-coach, out-recruit and out-develop the rest of the Big 12.

That’s why it will only be a matter of time before he makes the jump to the NFL.

Riley, more so than any other current collegiate coach, is the most likely to make that leap. While there are other coaches who have achieved more and may would be considered better coaches (ie Nick Saban, Dabo Swinney, Ed Orgeron), it just seems that Riley was destined to coach at the next level and bring that new-era of offense to the league.
