2. Justin Evans

Justin Evans has the potential to turn into one of the top safeties in the league, but health has been a major issue.

There was a rumored trade about a month ago that the Bucs would potentially offer Evans and a draft pick to acquire Josh Rosen from the Miami Dolphins.

Even if Tampa Bay isn’t interested in getting a player like Rosen- who could be the answer at QB for the future after Tom Brady- Evans could be an intriguing piece to package for another starter or a valuable draft pick.

This makes even more sense with the selection of Antoine Winfield Jr. in the draft earlier this spring.
