1. O.J. Howard

O.J. Howard has been the subject of many trade rumors over the course of the offseason and those aren’t simply going to stop.

Yes, the Buccaneers have openly said that they don’t want to trade Howard, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be a temptation internally to explore their options.

The Bucs have one of the deepest tight end depth charts in the league and that could lead the franchise to give up their former first-rounder to another team who doesn’t have as deep a group of tight ends in exchange for draft picks or even a valuable roster piece.

Howard hasn’t exactly shown first-round ability since he was selected in 2017 and it may make more sense to get something out of him with a trade than to potentially lose him for nothing following this season once he becomes a free agent.
