4. Rob Gronkowski

While there’s not a lot of pressure on Rob Gronkowski to be a Pro-Bowler when there is a ton of talent and depth already at the tight end position, there still is going to be major expectations for the veteran.

Gronkowski is set to make quite the amount of money this season and the expectation set is that he’ll be able to make an impact for the Buccaneers.

That all starts in Training Camp as he attempts to continue learning a new offensive system and gain chemistry with his new teammates.
