3. Antoine Winfield Jr.

Antoine Winfield Jr. is the first rookie to make our list and that’s because of the great expectations and hopes for him as he begins his professional career.

Winfield Jr., the second-round pick by the Buccaneers, is a guy who has the talent and skill to come into the franchise and earn a starting position at safety.

Winfield Jr. has to learn the defensive scheme, compete and earn the coaches’ trust all the while not having any preseason games. It’s quite the challenge, but one that he certainly can overcome.
