2. The all-time greats

Piggybacking on that 2003 Buccaneers team being included, you’ve got to include the rest of the all-time greats.

Tony Dungy, Mark Carrier, Vincent Jackson, Lee Roy Selmon, Hardy Nickerson, Lavonte David, and plenty of others.

Just going back through franchise’s history, you can see all kinds of players that deserve the honor of being plastered on a cardboard cutout.
