2. WR Rondale Moore (Purdue)

Maybe it wouldn’t make a lot of sense in a hypothetical situation this year to sign another wide receiver, but this is more about the future than it is the present.

Unfortunately, though none of us want to hear or think about this, the Buccaneers may be faced with a tough situation in the near future when it comes time to re-sign Chris Godwin or Mike Evans. There’s a solid chance Tampa could lose one or the other.

If that’s the case, you need to be looking in the draft for a speedy, play-making receiver and that’s Rondale Moore. Moore could line up in the backfield and take snaps out wide.

He’d be a perfect addition and a great target for Tom Brady, but there’s no way he falls to the Bucs in the draft later this spring.
