1. Clay Matthews

There have been numerous rumors over the last few months of Tampa Bay potentially alluring Clay Matthews, but nothing has been done as of yet.

Matthews is not the same guy we saw in Green Bay a few years ago, but he is still a serviceable edge-rusher who would provide valuable leadership and experience to that front-seven.

Matthews knows how to win. He knows how to lead. And he would excel in the defensive scheme as a backup. Seems like a perfect fit.
