You didn’t give him the big bucks for nothing.
If the Buccaneers are going to beat the Saints (who are a 3.5-point favorite at home) to open the season, it’s going to be on the shoulders of Tom Brady.
Brady has shown his leadership during Training Camp and he’s going to be relied upon to make the right reads, get the ball out quick and get this offense going.
Brady is the unquestioned leader of the offense and his success or failure- more so than other single player on either team- will determine the outcome of this game.
It’s going to be interesting to see what No. 12 is able to do in his first game as a Buccaneer against one of the best teams in the NFC to kick it all off.
