Five Tampa Bay Buccaneers who must step up against the Carolina Panthers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be looking to rebound following a tough loss to the New Orleans Saints to open up the 2020 season last Sunday afternoon.
The Buccaneers couldn’t get any consistent offense going and ended up falling by a score of 34-23 in Week 1.
Now, Tampa Bay will be looking to rebound against a Carolina Panthers team that enters the game as a 9.5-point underdog.
Here’s a look at five Buccaneers who must step up heading into the NFC South match-up.
5. Tom Brady
Let’s start with the most obvious name that everyone is talking about right off the bat.
Tom Brady threw two interceptions- including a pick-six- in last week’s loss and there’s no doubt that Bucs fans, as well as coaches and teammates, will be looking for a crisper performance from Brady this time around.
There’s no doubt that Brady still has the arm strength to be successful and to win a lot of games, but the question will be whether he can correct the mistakes he did make and learn from them as we head into Week 2.
