Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take on Denver Broncos in Week 3 matchup

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will travel across the country to take on the Denver Broncos in a Sunday afternoon matchup.

The Buccaneers improved to 1-1 on the season this past week with a victory over the Carolina Panthers and they’re now looking to ride that momentum into building a winning streak early on their 2020 campaign.

As we continue to prepare for the Week 3 matchup, here’s a look at our scoring prediction and analysis for the game.

Buccaneers vs. Broncos: Scoring Prediction & Analysis

The Buccaneers come into this one as a six-point favorite, and that’s for good reason. The Broncos have lost two close games to begin the season, but the offense has looked atrocious to this point.

When you combine that with the fact that Denver will be missing several key pieces due to injuries- including its starting QB in Drew Lock– you can see why the Bucs would be a touchdown favorite coming into the matchup.

Speaking of atrocious offense, the Bucs have had their moments of greatness offensively and then have looked suspect at times, as well. Though the Tom Brady-led unit looked much improved from Week 1 to Week  2, the group still left much-to-be-desired. Bucs fans are deeply hoping this week shows more improvement from the offense and that chemistry is clearly being developed as the team has another week together.

Overall, the Bucs simply have too much talent to lose this game, at least in my opinion. This one- like last week- probably will still come with some frustrations along the way and maybe even a few uneasy points, but in the end Tampa Bay will pull away and improve to 2-1 on the season.

Final Score Prediction: Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31, Denver Broncos 14
