1. Neutral Zone Infraction on Shaq Barrett in the second quarter

The biggest whiff of the night from officiating happened in the second quarter at a point in which the Buccaneers were in complete control of the game up 10-0.

Facing a 3rd and 12 from their own 39-yard line, the Bears snapped the ball and saw Barrett called for a neutral zone infraction. Upon review, though, it was actually the Chicago offensive tackle that moved first.

If you make it 3rd and 17 rather than 3rd and 7, the Bears likely don’t convert and they probably punt. Instead, Chicago went on to score its first touchdown of the game and the entire momentum of the night shifted from that point forward.
