The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have developed some solid depth so far this season, and some of these players could flourish with increased reps on the field.

The Buccaneers have gone from being one of the teams with the least depth in the NFL to the most in just a handful of seasons. While Bruce Arians hasn’t been the best decision-maker on the field during his tenure in Tampa Bay, his roster creation has been flawless. Perhaps after a few more years as a coach, Arians would consider a job as a GM.

Tampa Bay has drafted exceptionally well over the past few seasons (with the exception of Matt Gay), and the influx of free agents will only continue to improve as the team performs better.

This added depth element has been extremely helpful for the Buccaneers so far this season. Even with the injuries and other question marks on the field, the depth pieces have been able to step up and perform at an extremely high level to support the team.

The Buccaneers are currently playing like one of the best teams in the league, and that shows no sign of slowing down if everyone on the roster continues to step up. The Bucs may even have a better chance to steamroll their competition if they find a way to get these three players more reps.
