1. Donovan Smith

Donovan Smith looked a lot better in pass-protection against the Packers, but let’s not forget that during his first five games that he was one of the lowest-grading left tackles in the league.

Smith has shown great talent at times, but he just hasn’t been consistent.

With a lack of consistency and the fact that Smith will still be asking for a decent amount of money- and there could be a few takers- we could see the Buccaneers elect to move on from their left tackle and address the position through free agency or even the NFL Draft.

Smith still has an opportunity to earn a big contract negotiation with the Bucs, but he’s going to have to be much more consistent over these next few weeks.
