The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take on the Las Vegas Raiders this Sunday on the road

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will hit the road to take on the Las Vegas Raiders in a game that has all kinds of intriguing storylines both on and off the field.

At the time of this writing, the Buccaneers and Raiders are scheduled to kickoff at 4:05 p.m. E.T. after a positive test from the Las Vegas locker room (OL Trent Brown) caused the game to get moved from its previous prime time spot.

As we continue to prepare for this game, here’s a look at three major keys to victory for the Buccaneers.

The  Buccaneers must do these three things to beat the Raiders

3. Win the turnover battle

The Raiders have a solid defense, but it’s not elite. The Raiders have a solid offense, but it’s not elite.

The Bucs have the talent advantage coming into this one, but turnovers can be the great equalizer. No defense in the league has been as efficient as Tampa Bay in creating turnovers and the Buccaneers need to continue that trend Sunday afternoon by winning the turnover margin.

2. Continue to balance the offense

This offense looks its best when it’s balanced. When the Bucs can get both Tom Brady and the passing game going with Ronald Jones II (and Leonard Fournette, Ke’Shawn Vaughn) and the rushing game, they’re tough to slow down.

We saw exactly that in the second and third quarters against the Packers last week.

Continue to find ways to balance the offense and let the two facets play off of each other. Don’t become one dimensional, as the Raiders will try to make the Bucs.

1. Use the front-seven to your advantage

The Raiders’ starting offensive line has been out of practice all week and they’ll be missing a starting OT in the game.

Tampa needs to take advantage.

The Buccaneers have one of the league’s best front-sevens and they need to create pressure on Derek Carr and force him to make mistakes.
