Studs & Duds from the Buccaneers’ win over the Raiders
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers came away with a big-time win over the Las Vegas Raiders Sunday afternoon on the road to improve to 5-2 on the season.
The Buccaneers, who came into the game as a 2.5-point favorite, saw their offense come to life on their way to a 45-20 victory over the Raiders.
As we continue to look back at the game, here’s a look at some studs and duds for Tampa Bay in the matchup.
Studs
There’s no other way around it: Tom Brady is looking more and more like himself each and every week. Brady started out the season slowly, but has since continued to help build this offense and become a leader on the team.
On Sunday afternoon, Brady completed 73.3 percent of his passing attempts for 369 yards and four touchdowns to no interceptions. You want to talk about an MVP-level performance?
There’s no doubt that this is the Tom Brady that Buccaneers fans were hoping to see and that was on display in a big way Sunday.
Our second-biggest stud of the afternoon has to be Devin White and the job he did at that inside-linebacker position.
White posted a game-high 11 tackles and accounted for all three of the Buccaneers’ sacks.
He was all over the field and continued to show why he’s about to become one of the highest-paid linebackers in the league in just a matter of time.
