Sean Murphy-Bunting

There were hopes and expectations for Sean Murphy-Bunting to be a contender for the Pro-Bowl this year and, perhaps, those sentiments were a bit premature.

Murphy-Bunting hasn’t had a bad season by any means, but he just hasn’t established himself as an elite coverage option.

SMB has just 23 tackles and one interception through the first eight games of the season and he has taken a backseat to Jamel Dean and Carlton Davis in many respects in terms of the coverage options for the defense.
