Tampa Bay Buccaneers seek revenge on New Orleans Saints

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are preparing for a massive matchup against the New Orleans Saints as the two teams battle for supremacy in the NFC South Division.

The Buccaneers enter the game with a 0.5-game lead on the Saints in the divisional race and are currently considered 4.5-point favorites. Tampa Bay lost its first game of the 2020 season to New Orleans and is now looking to avenge that defeat.

As we prepare for this matchup, here’s a look at our scoring prediction and analysis for the game that could very well decide the winner of the division.

Final Score Prediction & Analysis for Buccaneers vs. Saints

The Buccaneers aren’t the same team we saw back in September when the season first began, and neither are the Saints.

New Orleans has looked a little bit better recently as opposed to early October, but they’ve been an injury-prone team and Drew Brees has left them with something to be desired. Brees is still completing a high percentage of his passes, but a lot of that has to do with the massive amount of short and intermediate throws that the Saints are running simply because he hasn’t shown the ability to throw the ball deep anymore.

Overall, we’re talking about a tough matchup for both teams where the simplest of mistakes could end costing them the game. Tom Brady is playing at a much higher level and the offense is clicking much more efficiently than it was earlier in the season.

The key, in my opinion, will be who can win the turnover battle. In the end, the Bucs do enough to pick up the win and take control of division as a result.

Final Score Prediction: Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31, New Orleans Saints 24
