Predicting the rest of 2020 regular season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following the loss to the New Orleans Saints

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered an embarrassing loss at the hands of the New Orleans Saints Sunday night in Raymond James Stadium.

The Buccaneers were favored to beat the Saints Sunday night and instead walked out on the losing end of a 38-3 shellacking that could’ve been much worse than the final score even indicates.

With the loss, Tampa Bay has now fallen to 6-3 on the season and are a full-game back of the New Orleans Saints in the NFC South Division and won’t hold the tiebreaker.

As we continue to look at the remainder of this 2020 season, here’s a look at our predictions for how the Buccaneers will finish out their final seven games in what everyone hopes will end with a playoff berth.

Week 10-11 Predictions

November 15: @ Carolina Panthers (Projected: Win)

Christian McCaffrey is back and the Panthers just played the Chiefs really close. The game is in Charlotte, as well, which doesn’t bode well for the Bucs.

That being said, I still believe the Bucs (coming off a terrible loss) show some pride and find a way to win this one, though it’ll be close.

November 23: vs. Los Angeles Rams (Projected: Loss)

I want to believe that the Buccaneers will win this game on Monday Night Football, but this team has been terrible in primetime games all season and until I see the trend change, I just have a hard time picking them against a Rams team that has some pieces and will be hungry to pick up a win in a pivotal matchup.
