After a prior altercation of Antonio Brown’s was brought to light last night, incorrect speculation spanned most of the NFL world.

The “Trouble in Paradise” rumors started well before anyone had time to contain the story. The entire NFL world knows that star receiver, Antonio Brown, is on a short leash in Tampa Bay, and when a past mistake was unearthed, everyone believed the AB show could already be over.

ESPN’s Jenna Laine reported on this incident, where it was evident that this event transpired before signing in Tampa Bay, but the league did not have knowledge of this happening.

After the initial report came out, the wild ideas began to run amok. The prominent rumor was that Brown could already be out of Tampa Bay. Bruce Arians was very clear that Brown was on thin ice, but even this seems like too little to cause a change for now.

Laine’s report made it clear that Brown had made amends for his outburst and would not face any serious charges, but this just now coming to light poses some questions. Brown has started to develop a successful rapport with Tom Brady as one of his favorite targets, but Tampa Bay also can’t afford to have a loose cannon on the roster.
