Three dream replacements for Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to need to make a homerun hire at some point in the near future when Bruce Arians makes his departure.

We’ve all known that Arians’ time in Tampa Bay was going to be short and there’s no questioning that he could very well elect to head to retirement even following this season if the Buccaneers are able to pull off winning a Super Bowl. Honestly, what better way to go out than to leave as a champion?

Though we don’t know when Arians’ time in Tampa Bay will come to an end, we do know that the Buccaneers should be making plans and looking ahead already.

Here’s a look at three dream candidates to replace Arians.

3. Eric Bieniemy

Eric Bieniemy has been with the Kansas City Chiefs for the last eight years, spending time as both a RBs Coach and as an Offensive Coordinator.

He has coached the most explosive offense in the league for the last few seasons and is one of the biggest names in terms of ‘up-and-comers’ in the coaching circuit.

The only question is if Bieniemy will be available by the time the Bucs need a head coach. Arians could choose to stick around for a few more years and if he does, Bieniemy will likely already have landed his job by that point.
