1. Tom Brady’s erratic play

You can’t look back at those four losses and not see Tom Brady’s hand in all of them.

The Buccaneers win and lose on the shoulders of Brady- that’s what they’re paying him for– and there just has been too many inconsistencies in his game.

At times, he shows that vintage accuracy and poise. Other times, he forgets it’s 4th down and stays on the field after a completion.

Brady has the arm talent still and he has the football IQ, but he’s not getting the job done on a consistent basis.
