The best way to prove talent is repetition. Repetition is always key, but repetition under changing circumstances is the most impressive way to evaluate most things.

Joe Brady, offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers, has shown that he can repeatedly create a talented offense, and he has now done it in college football and in the NFL.

If you aren’t familiar, the Carolina Panthers have one of the best offenses in the NFL with a new quarterback, a backup running back, and without their All-Pro tight end. Even with all of these losses and the new system to learn, Brady has helped create a dominant offense in Carolina.

Brady is doing all of this after helping create one of the most dominant college football offenses of all-time with LSU in 2019, so it is safe to assume that offensive success follows Brady wherever he goes.

Tampa Bay desperately needs help on the offensive side of the football, a side that is rated lower in most categories than the far less talented Panthers roster. If Brady could create such a successful unit in Carolina without the talent, he would have an effortless time with the Bucs.

Brady is very young and has a small sample size, but every team wants to find the next Sean McVay, and the Buccaneers could do that if they take a chance here.
