4. Donovan Smith

I know this is one that has stuck deep into the hearts of Buccaneers fans this season, and for good reason.

Donovan Smith was never expected to be a Pro-Bowl level left tackle, but when he opted into playing this season, there was an expectation and belief that he would be a solid contributor. Instead, he’s been beaten far too many times along the way.

Smith has been tasked with protecting Brady’s blindside and that’s something that he just hasn’t done with an consistency this season.
