No. 3: Buccaneers Tight End Rob Gronkowski

Leonard Fournette has only modest playoff experience when compared to the likes of Tom Brady and one of his favorite postseason targets, tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Brady and Gronk’s regular connections during the New England Patriots’ repeated Super Bowl runs will be a notable storyline leading up to Feb. 7, and all one has to do is look at Gronkowski’s Super Bowl stat list of 23 receptions, 297 yards and three touchdowns to realize he’s going to be a massive threat to Kansas City’s defense during the game.

Sure, the Chiefs are likely to do as much as they can to limit Gronkowski during the game, although that’ll open up more chances for fellow Buccaneers tight end Cameron Brate, too, even though Gronk is the clear No. 1 target at this position.

That said, the Super Bowl is the prime opportunity for big-name players to make big-name plays, and Brady and Gronkowski already have that rapport under the game’s brightest lights.

So, do Gronkowski and the Bucs have a chance at moving the ball against Kansas City?

Well, considering the Chiefs allowed 954 receiving yards to tight ends during the regular season — fifth most in the NFL — it’s a pretty safe bet he’ll make a big impact.
