Some other pieces the Buccaneers should consider bringing back.

Blaine Gabbert proved he was a reliable backup and needs to stay with the team. Having experienced last season, Gabbert’s understanding of the offense is solid. He performed well in the second half against the Detroit Lions last season after TB-12 wiped the turf with them in the first half.

Ndamukong Suh needs to be brought back at least for one season, or maybe more considering how the Bucs Cap Gurus seem to like those back-end loaded contracts. Suh was formidable. Admittedly, he and the rest of the line, performed better with Vita Vea in the mix, he’s still a huge part of what makes the Bucs run defense so tight.

Josh Wells just because he’s a seasoned tackle with some experience that the Bucs can use to full advantage. Other than Alex Cappa’s injury, the offensive line made it through the season in relatively good shape. They can’t rely on that happening again.

You can’t keep them all, however, and these are the ones I think the Bucs can shed without too much tumult.
