2021 will be a great year for the Buccaneers as a whole, and it should be even better for the following players.

The 2020 season has forever changed the trajectory of the Buccaneers in the modern era. It is hard to underscore just how much the addition of Tom Brady and winning a Super Bowl helped pull a mediocre franchise out of the muck and grime.

From players to coaches and everyone in between, this recent renaissance on both sides of the ball has helped plenty in furthering the careers of everyone involved with the team.

From Todd Bowles and Byron Leftwich to Mike Greenberg in the front office, the rising tide is quickly bringing all boats higher in Tampa, and the same recognition, if not at a higher level, is falling on the players.

For example, Lavonte David and Devin White are two of the most talked-about linebackers in the league. David has always played at an extremely high level, but the recent recognition is not how David was seen for most of his career.

Regardless of the side of the ball or position, the Buccaneers are in the best position they’ve ever been in, and the hopes are extremely high for more players and executives to step up in 2021, which could prove even better than the magical 2020 season.

Most of the Bucs would already probably consider 2020 as their favorite or best season for obvious reasons, but the following players are on the verge of career seasons in 2021.
