The Buccaneers still need to find more running backs

Georgia is the much better team from a prospect perspective in this game. While Clemson may win, Georgia should finish the season with more players going early in the draft, which is why they are far more intriguing for the Bucs to keep their eyes on.

With no running backs on the roster after this season other than Ke’Shawn Vaughn for now, it is safe to say this will be a position of focus for the Bucs going forward. Tampa may decide to bring some of their current backs in for several more years, but it is hard to imagine a world where Tampa goes two seasons in a row without targeting the position.

Zamir White is pegged to be the starting running back for Georgia, and everyone knows just how well SEC running backs do in the NFL.

Georgia is one of the best teams in the country and will face off with great talent week in and week out. Zamir White has already proven he is a great runner against equal talent, but an improvement as a receiver during this season could make him a hot commodity amongst teams that need help at running back.
