3 Free agents for Buccaneers to grab before training camp

The Buccaneers could bring back a familiar face
The Raiders were a terribly-run mess under Jon Gruden. We’re glad that Nassib was able to get his money on the free agent market when he left in the first place, but it is time to come back to a team that will actually appreciate his talents.
Nassib is on the market and projects to be a good fit as a rotational defender on a unit that can make the most out of his skillset. Look no further than the Buccaneers.
The best years of Nassib’s career came in Tampa. The defense wasn’t as well-run for most of his time on the team, but Nassib was able to get in the backfield and shine from time to time.
That is what the Bucs need again.
Shaquil Barrett and Joe Tryon-Shoyinka look like the starters for 2022, but the depth outside of them is shaky. The Bucs did invest some draft capital and some free agent money at the position as well, but none of the guys project to be as good as Nassib.
Nassib would be a great veteran pairing with Anthony Nelson on the outside and he could also step in as a third pass rusher when needed.
There are plenty of options here for the Bucs and a cheap veteran that already has experience with members of the roster. There might not be a better fit out there.
