Cade Otton has been looking great, but Tom Brady and the Buccaneers could still use some help from Rob Gronkowski on the field.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers are trending back in the right direction after their win over the Rams. The game wasn’t pretty, but the final score is what matters the most and that was in Tampa’s favor that day.

Still, the win wasn’t pretty for a second, and a huge part of that came from an offense that still can’t score at will like we have seen over the past few years.

This issue doesn’t really stem from personnel all that much, but does anyone honestly believe this team wouldn’t look better with Rob Gronkowski back on the field?

Cade Otton is emerging as one of the better draft picks from this class for the Bucs. He still isn’t Gronk. The entire world knows this, and that is why Brady won’t stop trying to recruit his former teammate and close friend to help turn the team around.

This time, Brady is trying to use a joke that beer will be on the sidelines for the game in Munich as a means of getting his buddy back in the game.

All of this is obviously a joke, but it is always important to keep the Hall of Fame tight end on the coals about a return. A big change won’t come after just one push, but keeping the heat on and having the fans ask questions is a great way for Tom Brady to get another weapon back in Tampa.

Who knows, maybe the best tight end of all time will be back in pewter and red by the end of the season. It doesn’t seem likely, but pushes like this could add up in the end.

Fingers are crossed.
