As many people wonder where Deion Sanders will land after his coaching recruitment, Tampa makes a compelling case with Tom Brady.

With the Buccaneers playing poorly, the Lightning struggling, and the USF Bulls coming off one of their worst seasons in recent memory, the city of Tampa is in need of a major win.

The Bucs and Bolts should be able to turn it around when it matters, but Tampa as a city has a different way of lighting up when the Bulls are at least decent.

It feels like it has been a decade since USF was any good at football, but it looks like that could change if they can land Deion Sanders as their new head coach.

Based on what we have seen so far, it looks like Sanders is at least open to leaving Jackson State and the successful program that he has built there. USF is one of many schools that are in need of an influx of recruiting talent from such a high-profile coach, and it looks like Sanders could get that opportunity while also moving up in the coaching world to a larger program on a larger stage with more money involved.

There are a lot of draws in Tampa, but one interesting one would be the connection between Sanders’ son, Shedeur, and Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady.

After signing a deal with BRADY brand, living in the same city as the GOAT seems like a great opportunity for Shedeur (who would likely follow his dad) from a branding standpoint, especially if it seems like Brady could be open to a longer future in Tampa.

Is any of this a guarantee? Absolutely not, but it is an interesting piece of the puzzle that could improve USF’s chances of landing a Hall of Fame talent like Prime Time.

It sure doesn’t seem like it would hurt Tom Brady in any way.
