Everything you need to know about the NFL Draft Round 4 start time, where to watch, and what picks the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have left.
We’re through the first two days of NFL Draft weekend, but the biggest day of them all is about to start.
Saturday is big in terms of volume, as Thursday is obviously the biggest day in terms of the talent that goes off the board. We will burn through four rounds of picks in one day, making this the marathon part of the weekend but it’s an important day for finding potential role players and lottery tickets that could pay off big.
Last year the Kansas City Chiefs took Isaiah Pacheco in the seventh round and he not only turned into an RB1 but scored a touchdown in the Super Bowl. Brock Purdy was the last pick of the draft but might have developed into the Niners quarterback of the future after leading the team to the NFC Championship Game.
It’s a crapshoot, to be sure, but the final day of the NFL Draft could be one where teams find guys who can be key mid-level contributors for years to come.
NFL Draft Day 3 time: What time does NFL Draft Round 4 start?
The final day of the NFL Draft always embodies the marathon part of the weekend. While the first two days cover three rounds, Saturday will cover the last four rounds.
It’s a lot of picks to pack into one day, which is why the draft starts way earlier than it usually does. Rather than being a primetime affair, the NFL Draft will begin at noon and typically goes until 5pm ET.
Here’s when you can catch the second and third rounds of the NFL Draft tonight:
- Date: Saturday, April 29, 2023
- Start Time: 12 pm ET
- TV Channel: ABC | ESPN | NFL Network
- Live Stream: Fubo | ESPN+ | Hulu
Unlike earlier rounds, the time teams have to make picks is much shorter. Teams have ten minutes to make first round picks, seven minutes to make second round picks, and five minutes in the remaining rounds.
That means while there are a ton of selections to get through and the day will no doubt be long, the time between picks is way less intense.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers draft picks on Day 3
Here’s a look at what picks the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have on Day 3. The team doesn’t have a fourth round pick, but can maybe make some moves to acquire one if there’s a prospect that jumps out to Jason Licht and the front office.
- Round Five, Pick 19, 153rd Overall
- Round Five, Pick 41, 175th Overall (Comp. Pick)
- Round Six, Pick 4, 179th Overall (From Houston Texans)
- Round Six, Pick 4, 181st Overall (From Indianapolis Colts)
- Round Six, Pick 19, 196th Overall
- Round Seven, Pick 35, 252nd Overall (Comp. Pick)
Four of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers draft picks on Day 3 weren’t originally in the mix. Two of them are compensatory picks after losing O.J. Howard and Alex Cappa in free agency back in 2022.
Tampa Bay acquired the No. 179 pick from the Houston Texans in the Shaq Mason trade earlier this offseason, and the 181st pick from the Indianapolis Colts as part of a trade involving Grant Stuard.
