Ghostbusters said they weren't afraid of ghosts, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers let the Kansas City Chiefs know they weren't afraid of them ahead of Monday Night's game. It might have been foolish, but the Bucs boldly trolled the Chiefs during pregame warmups in a show of confidence that at least lets fans know they still think highly of themselves.

Reporters up in the press box noticed that after the Bucs had finished their pregame warmup, the team gathered at Kansas City's midfield logo. It was something that didn't go unnoticed by Chiefs fans in the stands who loudly booed Tampa Bay off the field.

Perhaps it comes back to bite them, but at the very least the Bucs showed they weren't letting Kansas City get in their heads.

Historically, trolling the Chiefs doesn't end well for the team that attempts it. Ask Justin Tucker how well that's worked out, as he has twice tried to get inside Kansas City's head during pregame warmups and both times has come up empty.

Tucker has made a habit of warming up on the Chiefs' side of the field, something he infamously did in the AFC Championship Game last year. For those who don't know, this falls under one of those golden rules you're not supposed to violate, and Kansas City made him pay by knocking the Ravens out of the playoffs.

He tried it again in Week 1 and once again was on the losing side of the game.

What's notable about the Bucs pulling these antics is that Baker Mayfield was known for this sort of stuff back in college. Lest we forget him planting the Oklahoma Sooners' flag in the midfield logo of Ohio State after beating the Buckeyes.

It's unclear who was behind this, or if there was even any ill-intent, but the Bucs aren't stepping on egg shells and it's a type of swagger that fans can't help but love. The hard part is backing it up, which is a lot easier said than done.
