Coming off what can only be described as a horrific misfire, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in serious need of a bounce back on Sunday.

It's not just that the Bucs need to wash the sour tase of the loss to the Lions out of their mouths, but there's a playoff picture slowing coming into focus. Tampa Bay fumbled away the No. 1 seed with last week's loss, but that's hardly the end of the story; the NFC South is starting to tighten up and the Bucs can't afford to let one bad game have a chain reaction that sets off another midseason slump.

Luckily, the ingredients are present for the sort of bounce back the Bucs need to have.

A year ago, Tampa Bay was coming off a rough primetime loss and proceeded to launch the New Orleans Saints into the core of the sun a week later. This year, the Bucs get the Saints in that same spot again, and it seems like we could be in for another big day for Baker Mayfield and an offense that needs a show of force to remind everyone how dangerous the team can be.

What channel is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on today? (October 26th)

While it's hardly a marquee game, thanks in large part to the Saints being absolutely horrific this season, it's not a matchup that got slotted into the early window. Perhaps schedule makers thought more of the Saints than they should have, as kickoff is set for 4:05 pm ET and is the lone game in the late window for FOX.

Here's everything to know so you don't miss what should be a good day for the Bucs on the bayou in Week 8:

  • Date: Sunday, October 26th
  • Start Time: 4:05 pm ET
  • Location: Mercedes-Benz Superdome | New Orleans, LA
  • TV Channel: FOX
  • Announcers: Kenny Albert, Jonathan Vilma
  • Radio: WXTB 97.9 FM
  • Live Stream: NFL+ | Fubo

Kenny Albert and Johnathan Vilma will be on the call, which is a good omen for the Bucs. The duo called both the Week 1 win over Atlanta and the Week 3 comeback win over the Jets so the vibes are set from top-to-bottom in favor of Tampa Bay.

Now they just need to find a way to deliver and put nervous fans at ease and give us a breezy afternoon.
