Buccaneers vs. Giants game won't be airing on FOX in Week 12, but here's how to watch
- Tampa Bay vs. New York will not air on FOX
- The game is set to kickoff at 1 pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans are hoping that for the first time in over a month they'll be watching their team win a game. The last time the Bucs won was back on October 13th when Tampa Bay blew the doors off New Orleans in a 51-27 stomping.
Since then, it's been tough sledding. Chris Godwin was lost to a season-ending injury, Mike Evans missed time with a hamstring injury, and the Bucs have lost four straight games to top teams in the league.
The good news is they haven't been losing badly, as all four losses to the Ravens, Chiefs, Falcons, and 49ers were by ten points or less. Of course, that makes the losses even more frustrating, but it illustrates how slim the gap seems to be between the Bucs continuing to tumble and the team figuring things out.
A cushy matchup against the New York Giants on Sunday is the perfect way to bounce back, as there is plenty of time for the Bucs to turn their season around.
What channel is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on today? (November 24th)
For the first time this season, the Buccaneers will be playing a Sunday game that is airing on CBS rather than FOX. It's not uncommon for this to happen, although it still feels strange to see an NFC matchup aired somewhere else even if this has been the case for the last handful of years.
The new TV rights deal that was part of the last CBA is the reason why. Networks can pick games to air but have to make concessions to make it all work, so the Bucs-Giants game being on CBS rather than FOX is likely part of this bargaining process.
With the game airing on CBS, the Bucs are just one network shy from hitting the broadcast scheduling equivalent of an EGOT. After this week, Tampa Bay will have played games aired on CBS, FOX, ESPN, ABC, and Amazon Prime Video. All that's missing is a Sunday Night Football game on NBC, which is looking unlikely since none of the Bucs' remaining games make sense as potential flex options.
How to watch Buccaneers vs. Giants on TV and streaming in Week 12
Anyone looking to stream the game can do so through a service like Fubo or Paramount+, but those options are limited to being for local audiences only. Anyone outside of the Tampa area will need to be subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket to catch the game, or listen along on Sirius XM Radio.
Here's everything you need to know to catch the game:
- Date: Sunday, November 24, 2024
- Start Time: 1 pm ET
- Location: MetLife Stadium | East Rutherford, NJ
- TV Channel: CBS
- Announcers: Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty
- Live Stream: Fubo (Locally)
- Radio: WXTB 97.9 FM | More Radio Affiliates
Not for nothing, but this time last year the Bucs started playing a slate of games on CBS rather than FOX and went on a run that turned the season around. Part of that was a non-traditional matchup with the Packers that didn't air on FOX so here's to hoping some of that weird magic is at play again this time around.
Based on how things have gone the last four weeks, the Bucs can use all the help they can get.
